Return Policy – Arctic Distributions

Return Process

To request a return, please email support@arcticdistributions.com
 with return details. Please ensure all guidelines below are followed before requesting a return. Once a return is approved, a return label will be provided to you by email.

All returns sent back to Arctic must have prior approval documented via email to be accepted or credited. Unapproved shipments will be returned to you at your expense. All returns must use an Arctic-provided return label.

Credits

Once your return has been approved, your credit will be issued along with the return label. This credit will be applied to your next Arctic order. If a discrepancy is found within your return, or if the shipping courier has not received your package within 30 days, you will be invoiced for the variance amount, or the credit will be canceled if it has not yet been used.

Damaged Orders

To be eligible for return, all products must be in like-new condition with no damage to product packaging or excise stamps. If you receive a damaged order caused by Arctic or the shipping courier, please contact support@arcticdistributions.com
 within 7 days of the invoice date to initiate a return and replacement.

Order Error Returns

If you made a mistake on your Arctic order, such as over-ordering or ordering the wrong product, the item(s) can be returned as long as you notify support@arcticdistributions.com
 by email within 7 days of the original invoice date. Orders reported after 7 days will not be eligible for return.

Hardware

Hardware items such as mods, tanks, and batteries are final sale and are not eligible for return, except in the case of an order error.

Disposables and Closed Pods

Disposables and pods are eligible for return after 60 days from the first purchase date. After 60 days, you will have 30 days to notify support@arcticdistributions.com
 regarding a return.  Returns submitted 90 days after the first purchase date are not eligible.

E-Liquid

E-liquid is eligible for return after 60 days from the first purchase date. After 60 days, you will have 30 days to notify support@arcticdistributions.com
 regarding a return.. Returns submitted 90 days after the first purchase date are not eligible.

Exclusions

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Arctic. Products damaged due to misuse, alterations, or improper handling are not eligible for return. Products purchased from the sale section of our website are not eligible. Used, opened, or modified products cannot be returned. Products with damaged or removed excise stamps are also ineligible.

Limitations

This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Arctic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or any returns deemed unreasonable or excessive.

Return Variances

After your return is received and processed, if any variances are found (e.g., short-shipped, damaged, stickered, or altered products), you may receive a return variance invoice if a credit was previously issued. If your return credit has not yet been claimed, it may be adjusted to reflect any discrepancies. Arctic will not ship back incorrectly returned products. Please ensure the items you return match your claimed return.

Changes to the Policy

Arctic reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
